Initial IT Services Ltd is an Equal Opportunities employer. Initial IT is committed to a policy of non-discrimination. It is important to Initial IT that all staff, visitors, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients, are treated equally regardless of their race, ethnic or national origin, age, religion, gender, marital status, disability or sexual orientation.

Initial IT wishes to avoid age discrimination but acknowledges that age is a factor in determining for example retirement age.

Staff who are found to be guilty of sexual or racial harassment, or unfair discrimination, may render themselves:

Liable to disciplinary proceeding in accordance with Initial IT disciplinary policy and procedures, it should be noted that such an action could result in dismissal.

The employee may also be personally liable pursuant to the Sex Discrimination Act and the Race Relations Act.

Anyone that feels that they have been discriminated against, should speak in the first instance to the Director who will provide the appropriate advice, and forms for completion.
